Will You Let This Baby Die?

this cutie's name is Tembikal, a Malay word for watermelon. In case you do not know what species of animal Tembikal belongs to, he is a Malaysian Tapir. These animals look cross like a pig with a trunk, with massive bodies eating mainly plants. His mother Chantek, is twenty five year old and gave birth to him at the San Diego Zoo.

Tembikal is doing really well. He is now thirteen pounds and is now eating nibs of solid food aside from his dear mommy's milk.

The Malaysian Tapir are endangered species. They are hunted for their meat and thick skin. Another tragic fact: these amazing creatures are victims of vicious human activities.

NOW I WILL ASK THIS: WILL YOU LET THIS BABY DIE? If you don't want to see nature's wonders continue to vanish as a result of acts of human cruelty, make a stand and go to peta.org for more details.
